I had my first visit with my daughter today. This place is AMAZING. Super welcoming and friendly. Made my daughter feel completely comfortable. She actually wants to go back
DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! They will lie & say your insurance is accepted, then turn around & charge $250 just for your child to sit in a chair & be seen by a doctor for 5 minutes, THEN expect you to pay that out of pocket or hold your child's health records hostage. DISGUSTING PRACTICES!!! DO NOT COME TO THESE EVIL PEOPLE
This is our first visit and I must say I am very impressed with Tribeca pediatrics the office was clean/colorful and the staff was professional the wait was short the doctor my son's saw she was phenomenal very kind and my kids loved her thank you Dr Huggins I am happy to have found such a great pediatrician.
The staff was extremely kind and assisted us from the moment we walked in, my daughter was in love with the play space and yummy lollipops
Cute kid family office with no wait time and nice/friendly staff! Would recommend for anyone looking for a pediatrician.
The staff at this place is awesome very professional and makes your baby feels like everything will be fine one of the best places I experienced yet
The in person location is fantastic. We unfortunately tried their virtual service when we were traveling and our child had strep. What an absolute waste of time. The dr offered no assistance other than recommending Tylenol (I don’t need someone to charge me $150 for that), we knew the kid had strep and needed an antibiotic to be ordered. They refused. So alas we drove an hr to a walk in center for them to do the test and identify he did indeed have strep and give us the script.
We tried to get the $150 fee (that’s the after insurance amount) removed from our account given we were on the phone for 5 mins, but they don’t budge. Avoid the remote service like the plague.
Wait time was minimal, there wasn’t any paperwork fuss . From front desk , M.A to the Doctor was great experience all around. Dr. McDaniel was patient and listened to all my concerns and did awesome with my daughters needs.
